These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PicGrab browser extension and this website (together, "PicGrab", "we", "us"). By installing or using PicGrab, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use PicGrab.
1. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use PicGrab for your own lawful purposes. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the extension, or attempt to reverse engineer it except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
2. The service
PicGrab finds images on the page you are viewing and helps you download them. It runs locally in your browser. We provide PicGrab free of charge and may add, change or remove features at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use PicGrab responsibly. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use PicGrab to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Download, copy or redistribute images you do not have the right to use.
- Bypass technical protections, paywalls or access controls on any website.
- Use PicGrab in a way that violates the terms of the websites you visit.
- Overload, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service.
4. Your responsibility for content
You are solely responsible for the images you choose to download and how you use them. Many images are protected by copyright or other rights. It is your responsibility to make sure you are permitted to download and use any image, and to comply with applicable law and the terms of the sites you visit.
5. No warranty
PicGrab is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that PicGrab will work on every page, find every image, or be free of errors or interruptions.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of PicGrab. Because PicGrab is provided free of charge, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is zero.
7. Third parties
PicGrab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Microsoft, or any of the websites on which it is used. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of PicGrab after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
